Maximale

Maximale is an architectural practice based in Madrid founded in 2022 by Pablo Delgado and Cristina Garau. Their work incorporates projects of different scales and typologies, developing specific strategies to achieve technical and aesthetical solutions which are implemented in each project. Guided by a strong analytical and conceptual vision, Maximale defines an architecture that uses light and geometry to reach proportion, harmony and coherence. Their work focuses on social, cultural and environmental matters by fostering a continuous relationship between art, design and research. Maximale is the result of the founder’s education and professional experience in an international context. Their careers began in Amsterdam, Paris, and Venice, and continued in London, where Pablo worked on retail projects for brands like Burberry and Tiffany, while Cristina contributed to large-scale projects at architecture studios such as BIG and Adjaye Associates.
