My name is Cara, and I founded Maximize Wellness to provide therapeutic counseling services for adults, just like you, who may be living with emotional challenges, mental health issues, stressful life events or transitions, or are feeling bogged down with worry about everyday pressures. If this isn’t you but you are concerned about your organization, staff or colleagues I may be able to help as well. As a licensed clinical therapist, I also provide participants psycho-educational programs on building strengths, increasing emotional awareness, identifying unhelpful thinking patterns, and increasing positive and productive practices that can be used every day in work and life.
