With a choice of 24 workouts on DVD, based on cross-training principles, we ensure that all major fitness disciplines are incorporated; cardiovascular, strength and conditioning, flexibility and stability training Mind: Your mind is like a computer - it follows instruction. Almost all problems stem from the same cause; negative programming. We provide a number of practical techniques and tools to help you re-program old learned behaviours with new, positive, life changing behaviours. Supported by a Mind programming CD from Paul McKenna it's really easy to get started. Plan of Action: the MaXimus book provides advice on getting started and is supported by a calendar that allows you to record daily progress. There are regular Bootcamps for those that welcome the motivation from group training, and 1:1 coaches are available if more individual, specialist support is needed.
