Benefits of above mission: —Once Maxment signs up 50-200 local biz members for each group, as per national avg, each group member gets 1-10 referral clients (or $10K-$100K biz) per month & each Associate earns $50-$500/month working 1 hour/day. —Once Maxment signs up homeowner subscribers from each of cities–@0.5% yearly closing ratio–each group member gets 10 referral clients (or $100K biz) per month & each Associate earns additional $500/month. The above mission, once fulfilled, will help all biz members and Associates to earn 10X of minimum wages of their countries—and should enable them to AI proof their lives fast. — — — How to join as a business member? For each local group, we only allow one business or person per professional specialty. The 4 job roles are: —1 FB group admin to manage a 50 member biz referral group on FB.(Female only) —1 Accountant to track referral payments for a 50-member group. —4 Social Media Marketers (cold outreach) to signup 50 biz members each from one assigned city. —1 HR Recruiter to recruit Associates for above roles for one group & replace anyone who drops out. No experience is required. Onboarding and ongoing support is provided.
