MAYA opened in Spring 2024 in an iconic Manchester location on the corner of Chorlton and Canal Street. We are a new, all-day dining benchmark for the vibrant restaurant scene in the city offering a chic, stylish and refreshingly dynamic experience. Situated within a legendary location for Manchester’s nightlife history and split across three floors, Maya hosts numerous areas, each with their own vibe, taking guests from day to night. From a canal-side bistro space serving modern-European classics to a lower ground-floor, elegantly designed dining room that centres around an ingredient-led, locally sourced and seasonal menu.
