Mayabay Group and its affiliates, is a specialist development consultant and management group engaged in the hospitality, tourism, hotel and restaurant industries, with a specific focus on the “Project Activ:" concept where opportunities arise. It has offices and representatives in Hong Kong, Australia, South Africa, and in Bangkok, Thailand. The Group is currently consulting on various projects including mixed use developments combining hospitality, leisure, retail and entertainment in South East Asia, and a unique education/entertainment concept in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane in Australia; a large scale mixed use entertainment facility with hotel & convention space in Bangkok, a destination resort concept in Pattaya Thailand as well as large scale retail/hospitality mixed use projects in South Africa. Mayabay has participated as business development partners for the unique education/entertainment concept of “KidZania TM” which they have supported in the Philippines and South Africa and now focusing on other territories, including Australia as opportunities arise. Mayabay partners with Urban Legacies Ltd of the UK in development of the unique “Project Activ” concept throughout South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa with current projects in planning for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Bangkok, Phuket, Singapore and Hong Kong.
