When the owners of Hacienda Mexican Restaurant were searching for a name for their new restaurant, they looked to their family's roots in southern Mexico – an area steeped in Aztec history. In the Aztec language, “Mayana” means “to be hungry”. Open in spring 2016, Mayana Mexican Kitchen offers a fast-casual lunch option that doesn't shy away from serious flavor.
