MAYFAIR & INTERNATIONAL CO. LTD. was a part of golden era on golden fiber of Bangladesh. During the peak of its export business, Mayfair had contributed to the country’s economy by exporting raw jute only. With exclusive dealership of JMS in Dundee, Scotland (1965-1988) and WGC in Hamburg, Germany (1973-1986), Mayfair exported raw jute to European and Asian countries. After the late 80s, Bangladeshi jute industry had lost its grandeur due to adverse situation of the country and invasion of plastic materials. However, Mayfair has reopened its business by the commitment of second generation. Currently, they have specialised on jute diversified products as a formidable trading company in the local and global market.
