MCC is a niche, technology-based owners representative/project management consulting and real estate strategy advisory firm. Dave Mayfield and Carlos Canencio founded the firm in late 2022. At the time, Dave was a senior member of the Global Occupier Services Project Management team at a global commercial real estate firm and the PM Project Lead for the global account of one of the top five technology firms. •In today’s corporate world where diversity has become a major criterion for sourcing services, MCC is Hispanic certified. The firm was created based on the premise that we want to eliminate the commoditization of Project/Program Management services that exists in the PM space today, especially in commercial real estate companies, which are burdened by fees based on square footage or percent of construction costs with multiple internal fee splits. Our fee model is task based. MCC’s “sweet spot” is tenants who do not have the internal resources/capabilities to manage a relocation, expansion, downsize, or paint-and-carpet stay-in-place project. Our mission is to deliver projects where a tenant wants quality; we believe that quality does not mean costly but attention to detail, regardless of scope/budget. MCC’s focus today is local but national in delivery.
