For Volunteers: How to find a role You can use the iVOL database to search for a volunteer role by applying filters such as your location, a cause you are interested in contributing to or an activity you want to do. Search Register Before you can apply for a role you need to register for our service. As a registered volunteer we provide you with information on a wide range of volunteer opportunities and events, together with advice and support on volunteering in general. We offer a range of support services to help you involve volunteers in a meaningful and effective way in your organisation, including providing advice and one-to-one consultations, training and workshops and Garda Vetting services. We also offer volunteer management training for your organisation, a range of resource material, and can help you to develop your volunteer policies and procedures.
