Mbendera & Nkhono Associates is a leading law firm in Malawi, that was establised in 1994 by the late Justice Maxon R. Mbendera, SC who was the managing partner until December, 2009 when he was appointed High Court Judge. Over the years, the firm has immensely grown and currently has three partners: Messrs Patrice Nkhono, SC, Alfred Majamanda and Francisco Chikabvumbwa. Based in Blantyre, the country's commercial capital, Mbendera & Nkhono Associates has carved up a niche in commercial and corporate law practice, mainly, but also provides legal services across the general spectrum.
