My name is Matt Naylor and my company is MbN Architectural Design Services. I have been working in architecture for over 15 years on a vast array of projects ranging from small domestic extensions all the way up to large multi storey commercial buildings. MbNs main focus is to help people obtain planning permission and building regulation approval. To do this I will offer advice and a free consultation in order to evaluate the clients needs. I also make the client aware of all costs and procedures. I will then draft initial sketch designs, full plans, elevations, and detailed design drawings, and be on hand to guide you through the process of obtaining both Planning permission and Building Regulation approval. I am aiming at residential clients. That could be someone that has a house and wants it extending. They could have a loft that needs converting into a bedroom or a cellar that could be converted to a kitchen or additional living space.
