MBO Consulting is a small company consisting primarily of Co-founders and Directors, Margaret and Bill Ogilvie.Both have extensive previous experience as Senior Manager and Business Manager.Both have coaching training and Margaret is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach. We believe that people are naturally creative, resouceful and whole and, when faced with challenges, they are capable of finding their own answers. We work with individuals and groups by listening, encouraging and challenging them to fully explore and apply their creativity, skills and experience to achieve what they really want in life or work and reach their full potential. Margaret has particular experience of working with people who face challenges in their life, whether professional. emotional or physical, and helping them to live richer, fuller, more successful lives. We have successfully coached and mentored individuals who have pursued their ambition to form a business or social enterprise.
