MC Assembly® is a leader in the contract manufacturing industry. We provide US and Mexico based turnkey manufacturing solutions to the original equipment manufacturer that can reduce cost, increase quality, and maintain product availability. MC Assembly® is headquartered in Melbourne, FL, about an hour east of Orlando. Founded in 1984 as a printed circuit board test facility, MC Assembly® became a provider of full turnkey contract manufacturing services in 1989. MC's Boston facility is located in the electronic rich northeast and serves the same markets with the same capabilities as Florida. To support the increasing cost pressures the electronics marketplace was experiencing, MC Assembly® opened a low cost labor manufacturing facility in central Mexico near the town of Zacatecas. A "copy exact" model of our Florida facility, we now are able to support our customers with the same service offerings we deploy in The United States and utilize Mexico's lower labor rates.
