At the Management Communications Association (MCA), we believe that having strong communication skills is the key to success, whether it be in seeking employment, or giving a presentation. We take people of all skill levels and transform them into the confident communicators that they aspire to be! We have a great team of people to encourage our members and motivate them to become better speakers. We help them break out of their shells and become more at ease with their audience. Throughout the school year, MCA hosts a variety of events that are designed to improve the communication skills of the students at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC). These events include 1) Debates 2) Speakers Series 3) Interview and Public Speaking Preparation
