Established over 50 years ago, McAuliffe is a Specialist Remediation Contractor providing Soil & Groundwater Remediation, Materials Management, Ground Improvement & Demolition Services. As a Brownfield Expert, McAuliffe offers advice through its early stage involvement with clients at pre-land acquisition stage. The team establishes the likely risks and abnormal costs associated with geo-environmental issues, programme implications, timescales and potential methods for remediation delivering innovative cost-reduction solutions. McAuliffe can provide a full Design & Build service, from initial site investigation through to delivery of a completed delivery platform, validated and signed off by the regulators. Capabilities include: • Soil & Groundwater remediation including the full range of ex situ and in situ remediation techniques. This can be delivered in house, designed and value engineered to deliver the optimum solution at the minimum cost. • Materials Management including assessment, classification, haulage logistics and disposal of Hazardous and Non Hazardous Soils. Provision of Material Management Plans through in house qualified persons. • Ground Improvement services delivered by preparing foundation zoning plans and geotechnical specifications in house, through to delivery of full turnover/earthworks process using the McAuliffe fleet of Topcon 3D GPS enabled Plant. • Demolition Services delivered in house as part of a one stop design and build service. Includes asbestos removal, structural demolition, processing of high value aggregates through to profiled development platforms.
