McCann & Hubbard specializes in all matters concerning residential and commercial real estate. We are an independent title agent and often work as a facilitator, an unbiased and non-obligated administrator to the transaction; handling both the buyer’s and the seller’s sides of the transaction (everyone closing at the same location offers convenience and a seamless transaction). Or we can represent one party to a transaction, working solely to protect that party’s rights. We are comfortable in either position. Simply said: We do Closings. But there is a lot more to it than that. We are attorneys, authorized title insurance agents for the top three title insurance companies in Tennessee, and we have handled literally thousands of real estate transactions and loan closings in various positions; as the settlement agent for the whole transaction, or as representative of just one party. We have also acted as just lender’s counsel, or as a third party escrow agent for contentious parties.
