McCannCoaching (previously trading as CertaintyOne Ltd) is a niche coaching business located in Herefordshire, but providing services nationwide. We offer regular 121 Zoom and team coaching sessions and provide LIFO personal behavioural and development assessments. Our specialism has been in helping senior professionals such as lawyers, accountants and business leaders recover from redundancy, improve CV's, prepare for interviews either direct with recruiters or an employer. When in a new role, we also help them 'onboard' and settle in with their new teams. This helps recruiters make their placements stay longer and be more successful in new roles and de-risks commission loss. We also use these skills within business and charity management teams to help them grow. We have coached over 300 senior London and South East based professionals in our redundancy recovery and career development work. In growing businesses we were selected as Government Growth Advisers.
