Our primary practice area is civil litigation, both plaintiff and defense. On the commercial side we service the network marketing industry, the insurance industry, dealerships of all varieties as well as the action sports arenas (waterskiing and motorsports). We also perform business formation responsibilities for network marketing companies, including corporate formation and start up, establishing a quality business support system, drafting policies and procedures and creating a compliance department. We also assist distributors in their own business formation and development.
