McCrae & McCrae Ltd was established in August 1985 when Rod McCrae, formerly of UA Properties Limited, and his father, formerly Farm Manager for Dupplin Estate, Perth, started up in business. Staff includes Chartered Surveyor Rod McCrae, Solicitor Lorna Kennedy with supporting staff Dylan Hannah, Audrey Hynd and Debbie Hardie. This long established firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents and Property Consultants offer a wide range of services. The firm has strong ties throughout Central Scotland but particularly in Fife, Perthshire, Angus, Stirlingshire, North Lanarkshire and The Lothians. McCrae & McCrae were one of the first companies to lot properties for sale. Rod McCrae started up the property search facility about seven years ago where we help propsective purchasers to source a property to buy or lease. Most of these properties are not on the open market. McCrae & McCrae have a comprehensive list of prospective purchasers and use personal contacts as well as a computerised estateware package to link sellers with potential purchasers. We also subscribe to the Rightmove website to assist in selling property efficiently.
