At MCD Education, our mission is to break the barriers of a broken recruitment system by giving talented students the visibility they deserve. We connect the UK’s brightest minds with leading firms in finance, ensuring opportunity is driven by merit, not circumstance. We achieve this through two main verticals. On the one hand, our digital platform serves as the home of our community, providing self-study resources, insider tips, and interview guidance to help students navigate the application process at leading bulge bracket banks. On the other hand, we design experiential learning initiatives such as hackathons and competitions, where participants gain hands-on experience with real-world tasks while earning visibility and access to internship opportunities (or other prizes) from corporates eager to recruit top talent.
