Referral Process - Referrals are initiated by phone contact at 816-561-2374 or on-line at - All calls will be returned within 24 hours. The initial therapeutic session will be scheduled within one week of authorization- Specific request including description of client’s needs- CTS (prior authorization) Medicaid and other insurances accepted.(McDonnell & Associates is a contracted provider of parent educations through the state of Missouri Children’s Division)
