McDowell Housing Partners (MHP) is the affordable and workforce housing development arm of McDowell Properties, a national workforce housing investment company that has acquired over units across 13 states. MHP is one of the fastest growing affordable housing (LIHTC) developers in the country, with offices in Miami, FL and Dallas, TX. Since 2019 MHP has secured competitive funding on thirteen transactions comprising close to units. Our team works collaboratively with local governments and community stakeholders to address the scarcity of high-quality housing options for families and seniors, regardless of socioeconomic status. We engage a triple bottom-line approach focused on delivering social, environmental, and economic value within our communities.
