We Think Outside the Box! McFarland Bros. Consulting is a boutique consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas. We provide large/complex project management, program management and problem remediation, organizational structure definition and implementation, team-building and staff development, and assistance with mergers and acquisitions. Our consultants have hands-on experience managing all operational functions, including deposit operations, loan operations, accounting, human resources, branch administration, product development, electronic banking, quality assurance, internal consulting, security and compliance. We have directed over 58 system conversions and merger consolidation projects using advanced project management tools and processes. Some of our mergers and conversions have been for banks with assets in excess of $20 billion and some have been for institutions under strict regulatory oversight. We have managed numerous system selection engagements and negotiated core system and ancillary contracts with major vendors.
