McFarling Law Group was formed in 2003 by Emily McFarling Esq. From its very inception Family Law was the main focus of the firm. Emily’s goal has always been to practice law in an area that actually makes a difference and that she can see the results firsthand. Emily knew that family law would allow her to actually help people in need. McFarling Law Group’s goal is to achieve the best results possible for the client but to also make the client feel a part of the process. A common complaint of many clients is that with other attorneys they never knew what was going on in their case. Our goal was to change the perception that many clients had of attorney representation by providing effective representation with the client fully informed every step of the way. McFarling Law Group specializes in Family Law with an emphasis on certain practice areas within. Contested divorce and contested child custody are two areas in which McFarling Law Group specializes.
