Brian J. McHugh, MD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon on Long Island, New York. He has served as the Section Chief of Neurosurgery at INOVA Alexandria Hospital in Washington, DC, and was previously an Associate Professor at the VCU School of Medicine. Dr. McHugh has an exceptional education and training background, having completed his neurosurgery training, with a focus on minimally invasive spinal surgery, at Yale University. He has also completed his fellowship training in Adult and Pediatric Scoliosis and Spinal Deformity Surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.
