MCL Energy provides Contract Energy Management solutions to clients, in the Industrial, Commercial and Public sectors. Building Services solutions have been developed to satisfy the changes in client requirements as they move toward outsourcing non-core business activities to a trusted partner with specialist technical knowledge, across a range of utilities and services. Clients range from commercial end users to building management groups facilitated by MCL in-house engineering technicians, or for specialist services, suitably vetted partners. Installation projects vary in size and scope from small commercial boilers through to full design and build energy centres with values up to £2 million. Capital expenditure can be amortised over a contract term providing off balance sheet funding. New energy or combined heat and power (CHP) schemes can provide energy savings in the region of 30%.
