History MCL was founded by 3 distinguished professionals, namely Mr. Aubrey Li, Mr. David Yu and Mr. Brian Lee. The original name was Management Capital Limited and later renamed MCL Partners Limited. The firm started out as a boutique corporate finance advisory firm and later expanded its activities to include private equity financing and asset management. Currently MCL has re-positioned itself as a Wealth Management platform supporting High Net Worth Individuals and Multi-Family Offices. Our services encompass wealth management and private funds, with a focus on small-mid size growth equity and global real estate investment. Investments MCL focuses on 3 areas: Private Equity, Real Estate and Special Situations. MCL invests in Private Equity transactions through its MCL Fortune Fund portfolio or direct investment. MCL has invested into sectors such as education, F&B and consumer retail in different regions. For Real Estate, MCL has existing exposures in Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney including luxury residential, office buildings and retail shops. We also explore value-add projects in other tier one and tier two cities.
