McMahon Micro Machining is a rapid mechanical prototyping and precision small-parts machining workshop in Adelaide, South Australia. We specialise in in-house subtractive machining, fast iteration development, CAD design, mechanical troubleshooting, and cost-effective prototype manufacturing without the delays and overhead of ISO-bound production shops. We have many years experience at early stage design, trouble shooting and micro assembly with fast turn around for proof of concept and high quality working small devices for start-ups for venture capital meeting demonstrations. Once everything is working follow up certification and ISO processes can begin. We still use ISO 5/6 clean rooms when required. We help use your time and money as efficiently as possible. In-house experts, at our Adelaide University Mawson Lakes CAD design and micro machining centre and our Tonsley Innovation District machine workshop and prototyping centre. We are listed as suppliers and consultants on the Defence SA official government directory. Richard McMahon MAICD is an Industry Representative for the Adelaide University Future Industries Institute. We work closely with the Australian National Fabrication Facility SA node.
