Mcmaster Engineering Custom Vehicle Team Mecvt

MecVT provides a hands-on educational experience free-of-charge to McMaster Engineering students. Focus areas include project design, build, safety, and maintenance. The team serves to mentor students in leadership, project management, and time management. MecVT is the group responsible for creating and maintaining unique Engineering vehicles to promote McMaster Engineering. Our current vehicles such as Project Moonwalker, Carpool 3, the Project Racecar, the Festiva Superleggera, the Rally Car Project, and Mod Max Shelley can be seen at many Engineering Outreach events. We do not impose a minimum skill requirement to join the team, it’s all about learning! If you want to build something unique, interesting, cool, or just learn how to change brakes on a car, join our team.
