Seventeen years ago our company was founded with a single opportunity and a commitment to our client to create value beyond the project. Today, this commitment continues to be the cornerstone of our business model, and with over 50 projects behind us we continue to serve our first client as their preferred developer with a growing footprint. We believe our successes have come from our continued commitment to collaborative relationships with both our clients and our trusted partners in our industry. We began our work in North and South Carolina and through the years have grown our geographic footprint to include nine states. We grew where we were asked to go, and have developed a proven method to allow for successful development in new markets. Today the company can easily accommodate development throughout the Mid Atlantic and Southeastern states.
