Since 1997 McRae Land Development has been working towards the future of Grande Prairies industrial core. Since developing the McRae family home quarter into one of the first heavy industrial parks on the north end of Grande Prairie, we have continued to develop more the 200 acres of what was once farm land, into viable industrial land for the growing oil, gas and logging sectors. We seek to provide solutions to Grande Prairies growing industrial needs, providing land sales, build to suit leasing opportunities and custom builds.
