Our roots, however, trace back to 1997, when our parent company, Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi (HITS) launched Crew Management Services, a pioneering division dedicated to crew management. In 2022, we provide integrated crew management solutions for the global maritime sector and from 2023 onward, we expanded beyond merchant shipping—supporting Ocean Cruise Lines, European River Vessels, and Land-based workforce deployments worldwide.
