Established in 1986, McSherry provides Electrical Engineering Services from design to installation and maintenance for the following industries: Process, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Education, Sports & Leisure and Institutional projects. Our services include: Process Control Systems, L.V. & M.V. Switchgear & Distribution, Instrumentation, General Services, Lighting & Emergency Lighting Systems, Sports Floodlighting, ICT, Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Nurse Call, Disabled Refuge Alarms, Induction Loops, P.A. Systems, AV, Lightning Protection, Earthing Systems & Grids, Generators, UPS Systems, Testing and Commissioning, Maintenance and Inspection. In 2014 we successfully completed the certification process ISO 14001 Environmental and OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety Standards. These standards compliment the ISO 9001 Quality System achieved in 1996 to create an integrated HSEQ System and are a demonstration of our commitment to continuous improvement. In February 2007 the company was awarded the FAS Excellence Through People standard for Human Resources, the first electrical contractor in the country to do so. In 2009 we were finalists in the SFA National Business Awards and completed the FAS supported Going for Growth programme. 2011 saw the company reach the finals of the Ulster Bank Business Achievers Awards in the Munster Region.
