Management Concepts Systems Services (MCSS) is a project and construction management support services organization established in 1983. MCSS is a certified DBE firm offering services to project, construction and corporate management. Our experience includes power, transit and environmental projects, infrastructure facilities, buildings and airports. Our range of services can be integrated technically and administratively throughout the project life cycle from conceptual design through construction or for individual task assignments as may be necessary.
