Mcube Investment Technologies, a global company headquartered in Plano, Texas, is a leading developer and provider of decision support products for institutional investment management. Building on management’s hands-on experience as plan sponsors and researchers at premier asset management companies, the company is facilitating a movement to the new model of SMART Rebalancing® (Systematic Management of Assets using a Rule-based Technique), which represents a superior approach to managing asset allocation decisions within multi-asset portfolios. The company also has offices in Princeton, New Jersey, Tokyo, Japan and Bangalore, India. Mcube Investment Technologies was incorporated in August 2002 after the founders spent over a year refining the product ideas, validating these with end users/clients and building and testing a prototype product. The company's flagship product, AlphaEngine®, was launched in September 2004. Since then we have steadily expanded our client base and have seen these clients add meaningful value (added returns, managed risk, etc.) within their portfolios’ performance. AlphaEngine® is being used by a number of clients in various investment management sub-segments worldwide. The senior managers of Mcube Investment Technologies are the majority shareholders of the company and the company is a certified minority business.
