FAILSAFE BRAKING SYSTEMS At MD Ogola CC we fully understand how critical the efficiency of failsafe braking systems on TMMs are. Firstly, for the safety of all employees and ultimately for the productivity of any mining operation. Therefore, we offer our clients a product that complies to the strictest safety criteria, of which the most important are - Braking systems are tested, approved, and certified by a SANAS accredited testing facility- Structural modifications are approved and certified by an ECSA registered professional engineer. ROPS / FOPS Our SANS approved light weight ROPS FOPS canopies have been developed to minimize the costly effects of maintenance and repairs on vehicle undercarriage and suspensions caused by overloading, without compromising the safety of personnel. FOPS compliant DOMEX plate is used for panelling. This greatly increases the integrity of the structure without the addition of unnecessary weight. RETROFIT UNDERGROUND TMM CUSTOM BUILDS & REBUILDS Our experienced technical team and highly qualified engineering consultants can custom design and build TMM to suit every customer’s specific needs, as well as undertake modifications to existing equipment and partial or complete rebuilds of TMM. Over the years we have built trusted relationships with mine preferred OEM suppliers i.e. Toyota SA, Alan black, Realtime Management, etc. and thus are able to undertake or facilitate the retro fitment of LDVs and passenger trucks as per customer scope of work.
