Romke Kuyvenhoven starts her own consulting company in late 2021, focussed on the application of sustainable metallurgical processes and robust NI43-101 based geometallurgy, to contribute to the succesful development of mining exploration in Chile. Romke has 25+ years of experience in geometallurgy and process development for applied research projects and for engineering studies at scoping, PEA and PFS level. Her focus has been primarily on porphyry copper and IOCG deposits. She is permanently based in Chile, fully bilingual English-Spanish and has a profound understanding of the Chilean culture and business climate, which has allowed her to continuously contribute to many mining projects in the Andean region. She is well familiar with the NI43-101 reporting regulations and has extensive experience in guiding mining companies to comply with these regulations.
