MDL Group was co-founded by Carol Cline-Ong and Curt Anderson from a predecessor development company, Development by 5 (DB5)- which developed approximately square feet of retail, office, and industrial product in the Las Vegas market. In 2013 Carol and Curt welcomed Hayim Mizrachi and Jarrad Katz as principals to MDL Group.
