MDS started out as "Melbourne Design Studios". We are a multi-award winning architecture & design practice, focussing on regenerative architecture and interior design, including much-loved CO2-neutral workplaces that inspire and invite, as well as passive houses and beautiful homes that are a joy to live in. MDS has a strong focus on sustainable and contemporary crafted design. Recent awards inlaced the 2022 national award for sustainable architecture from the architect's institute, a 2018 'Building Design of the Year', a 2017 Sustainability Award by the Australian Insitute of Architects, the ArchiTeam Sustainability Medal in 2021 and 2017, an Interior Design Excellence Award (IDEA) for Commercial Interiors, and many more.
