Executive Summary Medical Data Expert Solutions (MDx) will distribute a comprehensive EHR and Billing solution for the small to medium ambulatory medical practice. Our initial efforts and objective is based on the fulfillment by healthcare professionals of the HITECH Act requirements to comply with meaningful use of electronic medical records to practitioners catering services in Puerto Rico, the English and Spanish speaking Caribbean and Latin America. We will provide an end to end solution for the medical practitioner comprising the following main areas: 1) Practice Management and Patience Scheduling software implementation and maintenance 2) Electronic Health Record software implementation and maintenance 3) Training related to all supported software (EHR, Billing and Windows based) and hardware equipment 4) Billing support – Will be provided in the form of the software platform as well as billing and issue resolution with the health insurer if required by the practitioner 5) Advice to meet HIPAA regulatory and security compliance associated to physical as well as security safeguard requirements and compliance with HITECH act.
