Meaningful Connections Llc

Meaningful Connections LLC is a social impact firm that partners with individuals and organizations to build stronger, healthier and more equitable communities by providing creative, community-driven strategies that inspire long-term social change. We believe that lasting social change begins with meaningful relationships led by bold and creative engagement strategies. We partner with organizations in the community to co-create community-centered strategies that support historically excluded and under-resourced communities and help champion change. Together, we foster collaborative solutions that honor lived experience, build trust and create a foundation for long-term impact. Offering a range of services from consulting, workshop facilitation, community building, event curation, social impact evaluation services and more, we help our partners facilitate transformative change in their community by serving as a connector at the intersection of culture and community.
