Our best in class facilities & robust processes in sustainable organic farming will enable small herdsmen/goatherds, fisher-men to work & live in dignity. WE have adopted a farm-to-fork strategy where we aim to maintain tight control over quality and freshness of meat by using a tech enabled integrated supply chain. We have applied for the highest certifications in international meat quality checks and will keep you posted as soon as we are certified. Our Process Rigorous Quality Checks: Stringent quality checks will be followed to ensure the right age, weight, and/ health of the animal/bird procured as well as the processing to adhere to the strict regulations of fresh chain management. State of the art infrastructure: Safe, Sterile & Scientific cold chain processing facilities managed by meat scientists & doctors. Expert Team: The production team will consist of expert butchers and skilled chefs to maintain precision & quality of cuts Tech Enabled Delivery: From here the meat will be packaged in specialized packing (vacuum sealed) and transported in temperature-controlled bags to the end-users.
