Mechanical Engineering Club

Mechanical Engineering Club (MEC) is a dynamic student-led organization at the Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University. Despite its name, MEC is open to students from all engineering disciplines, aiming to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world applications through competitions, events, and technical workshops. MEC operates through four specialized divisions: T-Racers – Our Formula Student team, designing and building high-performance race cars for international competitions. Aerospace – Exploring aerodynamics, UAVs, and aerospace engineering challenges. Renewable Energy – Innovating sustainable solutions and advancing green technologies. Robotics – Developing autonomous systems, AI-powered robots, and automation projects. By fostering technical skills, teamwork, and innovation, MEC provides students with practical experience to prepare them for real-world engineering challenges.
