Medamo

Medamo is a design agency for visual communication based in Rotterdam. The core of the work is the functional merging of shape and content, through research, associations and enquiries Medamo seeks intrinsic qualities. This results in strong concepts and strategic solutions: functional, layered and with an eye for detail. Medamo is preferably involved with projects from the start, so that suitable mediums can be sought in the early stages of the process, whereby we are happy to cross traditional boundaries between several media. Medamo designs publications, visual identities, exhibitions, digital projects and data visualisations, for a broad range of clients amongst which are government, commercial and cultural institutions- Medamo is een Rotterdams ontwerpbureau voor visuele communicatie. Centraal in het werk staat het functionele samengaan van vorm en inhoud waaruit doordachte ontwerpen ontstaan. Medamo gaat door middel van onderzoek, associaties en het stellen van vragen op zoek naar intrinsieke kwaliteiten. Dit resulteert in sterke concepten en strategische oplossingen: functioneel, gelaagd en met oog voor detail. Medamo werkt het liefst vanaf het begin van een project mee, zodat vroeg in het proces kan worden gezocht naar een passend medium, waarbij de traditionele grenzen tussen verschillende media graag worden overschreden. Medamo ontwerpt publicaties, visuele identiteiten, exposities, digitale projecten en datavisualisaties, voor een breed scala aan opdrachtgevers waaronder overheids, commerciële- en culturele instellingen.
