Medan was founded in 2021, and today it already has a living portfolio valued at over €500 million, encompassing +2,500 living units under management. The Medan group also includes Nuva Living, our operating company. Nuva Living was created with the goal of becoming the leading living operator in the Spanish market, based on digitalization and brand identity, with a clear focus on value creation in assets through operations. The creation of Nuva Living has allowed us, as a group, to be vertically integrated and offer a unique solution for institutional capital that wants to have a presence in Spain. At Nuva Living, we not only work for our own portfolio but also manage assets for third parties.
