We are a small team with a big presence in Medellin and Oriente real estate scene. Ian is originally from Vancouver Canada and Camilo is a native of Medellin. Ian and Camilo originally met as they coordinated the sale of a 824 m2 duplex penthouse, the biggest under construction at the time in Medellin (Cerca 2020) in the Quartier building. They both share a common vision for the future of Medellin and Oriente and have a passion to help new comers to Medellin and Oriente find their dream property.
