Mederi Group | Your Path to Healing Starts Here At Mederi, we believe healing happens in relationship, through honesty, safety, curiosity, and connection. We’re a group of licensed therapists offering care for individuals, couples, children and families, rooted in evidence-based practices like EMDR, EFT, IFS, and somatic therapy. Our work is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and deeply relational. We support people navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship conflict, infidelity, life transitions, and identity exploration. Many of our clients are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed internally. We help them slow down, feel seen, and reconnect with who they truly are. For those seeking more immersive work, we offer extended-format EMDR and couples intensives, personalized sessions designed to help you move through what’s stuck, with focused care and more time to heal.
