Media-Arts for Development (MADEV) –an Egyptian NGO that uses media productions and media training as a means for creating positive social change. MADEV adopted the slogan “Creativity Transforms” and choose the butterfly as a symbol of transformation, we believe that every individual has all the right to life, expression, freedom, discovering self-worth, and escaping the chains of failure to receive a new ray of hope and well-being. We adopt talents, discover strengths, and develop capabilities to create a positive change in individuals and society. It is the journey of transformation that creates each one’s uniqueness and supports community development. We provide media/filmmaking pieces of training, create all types of media production, and curriculum development, and provide mental health awareness.
