I am, Odette - A qualified Senior Paralegal Specialist with a legal background in international compliance and internal audit processes. I truly enjoyed the exposure to different cultures, processes and different industries and the friendships and relationships built over this time are still with me today. The entire experience has enriched my life, and today I am a better person for it. However, the need to assist others with similar situations I had to face, became my goal and main purpose. I have undertaken to ensure that I am always equipped with all the latest and necessary tools to make a divorce less traumatic for children and adults alike. I have recently attended online courses on Family Law Mediation, Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Child Psychology as well as The Mental Wellbeing In Children. Having the ability to be impartial, frank and decisive allows me to deal with conflict matters in a positive, logical and unbiased manner. My approach and passion of alternative dispute resolution led me to start this company with a single vision – “When you are faced with a mountain of a problem there is always a way to tackle it together - over, under or through it!”
